Instructor - Philosophy
The University of Colorado Colorado Springs is seeking a full-time instructor in Philosophy for the 2017-2018 academic year. Teaching load will be three classes during one semester and four classes during the other semester. Courses to be taught include Critical Thinking, Introduction to Philosophy, and perhaps one upper-division course in the areas of Epistemology, Philosophy of Mind, or Philosophy of Nature. A Ph.D in Philosophy is preferred, but we will consider ABD Ph.D students in Philosophy with relevant teaching experience in the advertised areas; preference will be given to those candidates who have online teaching experience. Continuing appointment beyond the 2017-2018 academic year is not planned.
