Responsibilities

This position provides administrative support for the Director of Alumni Affairs & Annual Fund, the Assistant Dean for Development, and the Development Officer in the College of Law.
Helps coordinate information and services for the Office of Development & Alumni Affairs.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent and two years of office experience is required.
Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) or comparable software and standard office equipment and procedures.
In addition, applicants must have a professional office demeanor and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Preferred

A Bachelor's degree and/or experience working in higher education is preferred.
Experience with Blackbaud/Raiser's Edge database is also preferred.

Anticipated Salary Range

Anticipated salary range is $27,000 - $32,000 (depending upon education and experience).

Pay Plan

This is an USPS (University Support Personnel System) position.

Criminal Background Check
