Summary of Duties
Under the direction of the Dean of Students and the Director for the Center of the Study of Ethics, the Assistant Coordinator will provide support for the Reflection Center, support programming in student engagement and academic activities, and facilitate the mission of the Interfaith Student Council and Reflection Center.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution plus one year of experience related to the summary of duties or any combination of education and/or experience totaling five years is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of the college or university, its structure, culture, policies, and practices.

Must be computer literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel).

Knowledge and experience with Photoshop or other design software.

Outstanding communication skills.

Skills in working in collaboration with others.

Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and to organize and communicate information to varying campus groups.

Ability to deal fairly, effectively and in a timely manner with all campus members.

Ability to be open, objective, and seek to understand issues from multiple perspectives.

Ability to work in an academic environment.

Ability to develop options that are responsive to differing needs.

Working Conditions

Up to 28 hours per week; evening and weekends possible.
