Required Qualifications:
• Advanced knowledge of the content and complexities of state and federal EEO, Title IX, discrimination, harassment, Affirmative Action, relevant laws and policies • Demonstrated experience conducting Title IX, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) investigations or employee relations complaint and/or grievance investigations • Demonstrated ability to describe and apply principles of diversity inclusion, equity, title IX, EEO and Affirmative Action Experience managing day-to-day operations of an administrative process • Experience preparing reports for administrative review • Experience developing and presenting training • The ability to understand and apply compliance laws and policies using analytical and problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree and/or Masters Degree or any combination of equivalent education and experience • Certification as Title IX Investigator or Title IX Coordinator • Professional Development related to EEO/Title IX Investigation or Title IX Coordinator • Experience working in Higher Ed

Job Description:
The Senior Title IX and EEO Investigator/ Deputy Title IX Coordinator has administrative responsibility for monitoring and enforcing the policies and procedures of the University related to sexual misconduct, discrimination, harassment and for administering relevant laws and policies. The Senior Title IX and EEO Investigator/Deputy Title IX Coordinator will report to the Chief Diversity Officer/Title IX Coordinator. This position is responsible for conducting investigations and providing administrative oversight of Title IX complaints and processes pursuant to federal and state law and University policies including but not limited to EEO, Title IX and other laws and policies related to discrimination. Job Duties:
Conduct neutral investigations of reported incidents of all forms of discrimination and sexual misconduct. Conduct intake, gather evidence, and interview parties and witnesses, write investigation reports. Assist with overall Title IX compliance efforts and act as backup for the Title IX Coordinator.
