Posting Summary:
The University of Virginia School of Nursing seeks applications to fill a non-tenure-track, part time faculty wage position. We seek experienced faculty with experience in teaching, evaluation and contemplative practices with nursing and medical students, required. Responsibilities potentially include coordinating an innovative curriculum for a novel undergraduate nursing program called "Wisdom in Nursing." This is part of the SON resiliency program and Compassionate Care Initiative, the faculty will design and implement the pilot program and assist in evaluation. The candidate will work with the CCI leadership to assist in evaluating several research studies. A PhD in Nursing or a related field is required. Please note: This is an at-will faculty part time wage position which does not carry benefits.
