Job Summary The Assistant Food and Beverage Director is responsible for leading a team of Food and Beverage professionals in accordance with the operational and service expectations put in place by the Food and Beverage Director and will represent the division in the absence of the F & B Director. Minimum Qualifications Graduation from an accredited college or university including or supplemented by course work in dietetics and restaurant management and considerable management experience in a high volume food service unit or six years related experience. Driver's license required.
