The Accounting Supervisor Senior position will be an integral member of the Research Financial Services team, providing guidance and support to staff, peers and campus partners. This position is responsible for the oversight of the cost transfers, cash posting, sub-recipient monitoring and accounts receivable processes. This position serves as direct supervisor for the three individuals responsible for the day to day functions in these areas. This position will perform audits of the cost transfer, cash posting, sub-recipient monitoring, and accounts receivable processes. Responsible for assessing and determining prioritization of work assignments, process enhancements and outreach. Provides training, development and evaluation of employee performance. The coordination of data requests, maintenance and ad hoc reporting is also expected. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state and university guidelines as it relates to the various areas mentioned above.

Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. As a professional supervisor position, additional time as needed to accomplish work goals and meet deadlines.
