The responsibilities for the Research Facility Manager will include:

• Specifying, designing, constructing, assembling, operating and maintaining experimental equipment, including CNC machines, measuring/metrology equipment, all experimental equipment and apparatus, and software
• Responsible for procurement, storage, logging of supplies, tools and equipment
• Responsible for handling identification, packaging and storage of raw materials, supplies and samples
• Providing technical support for ISM faculty and researchers in their lab activities for research projects and day-to-day management
• Interacting with clients to assess requirements, obtain project input data and negotiate contracts
• Developing project proposals, status reports and final project reports
• Participating in university or area teams, committees and forums
