Summary of Duties:
Under general direction, and in support of Information Services & Service Level Agreement (SLA) staff this position performs application analysis/troubleshooting, installation, technical support, general customer support as well as routine maintenance. This position is responsible for monitoring desktop support requests, diagnosing and resolving problems with hardware, software, and/or installing/updating applications using remote desktop services such as System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). This position will manage objects in Active Directory and update images as needed on the WDS server. This position will also consult with employees to identify computing issues, responding to and resolving trouble tickets from users and see them through to resolution while documenting the entire process. Positions in this work group also help with the deployment of new hardware and software throughout the Information Technology department and SLA customers. This position will also be responsible for coordination of various ongoing Desktops Support Projects.

Required Qualifications:
Three years of information technology experience; OR equivalent education/experience.
