Summary of Duties:
Under general supervision, this position has primary responsibility for providing multi-level customer service for the Student Information System (myWSU) and its supporting systems, including but not limited to Imaging, eXplorance Blue, Business Intelligence, and Business Systems. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, diagnosing and resolving system and customer issues, testing, documenting, debugging, implementing, and maintaining myWSU and its supporting systems. This position may be called upon to serve in a cross functional role as needs and opportunities arise.

In support of enterprise level systems and end users, performs standard consulting, analysis, development, configuration, maintenance, installation and/or technical support. With general supervision, follows established work methods and procedures to complete tasks on PeopleSoft software applications, support products, or pieces of larger systems or programs. This position will be focusing on how an issue being reviewed interacts with the other components of our systems.

Required Qualifications:
Two years of information technology experience; OR equivalent education/experience.
