Office Manager for established HVAC company-

Duties:

• Payroll

• Accounts Receivable

• Accounts Payable (oversee invoice entry)

• Billing

• GL and WC Insurance administration

• Lien releases

• Setup new jobs

• Equipment Rental

• Enter Service Invoices

• Provide detailed bid support to the owner

• Supply management

• Purchase order management

. Heavy phones

. Service Tech scheduling

.Preventive maintenance contracts

Skills / Requirements

• Excellent customer service while being a gate keeper

• Construction background a plus

• Detail oriented

• Intermediate Word and Excel knowledge

• Proficient in QuickBooks

• Possess strong organizational and time management skills.

• Strong problem solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, and multi-tasking skills.
