Director of Global Arts, University of Delaware (Newark, DE). This is a full-time exempt staff position. Facilitate and oversee educational experiences and programming in the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) designed to promote broad cultural understanding through the arts. Develop enriching, interdisciplinary arts-related academic curriculum and teach at least two courses promoting cross-cultural understanding and interaction; facilitate CAS educational collaborations with campus and community arts partners, such as the English Language Institute's (ELI) Arts-Bridging-Culture series and the Nemours/A.I. DuPont partnership "Healing Arts;" support the University's Institute for Global Studies UD Africa Initiative to facilitate collaboration between artists in the U.S. and South Africa region in support of the University's international presence and cultural advocacy. Direct the International Artist-in-Residence Program (AIR), including identifying and selecting world-renown international artists to perform a local residency at the University and in the larger Delaware arts community; researching and pursuing external funding/donor support outreach; and coordinating and conducting related cultural understanding workshops.

Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in an Arts Discipline, or foreign equivalent, and five years' experience developing and delivering arts programming with a focus on collaboration and international cultural exchange.
