Job description

Duties: Reporting to the Director, the Associate Director is responsible for all aspects of managing the Executive Coaching and Feedback Program (ECFP) across all audiences, including F/T and Executive MBA and GMP and AMP in Executive Education. The AD is also responsible for managing WEMBA Leadership Development Programming including needs assessment, relationship management, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The Associate Director will all serve as a full member of the McNulty Leadership Program team, acting as an advocate, ambassador, and teammate on department-wide initiatives.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Proven and effective project management skills and experience with multiple priorities. Demonstrated ability to work well with faculty, students, senior administrators, and executive coaches. Ability to work autonomously and in a team based environment. Excellent organization, communication, and analytical skills required.
