Bookstore Clerk (PT)
Provide prompt and courteous customer service on the sales floor and on the telephone.
Operate cash register in the sale of merchandise.
Process orders; display merchandise and books; maintain sales floor
Assist with textbook buy-back and physical inventory.
Fulfill online orders for books and supplies.
Communicate effectively with customers and staff in person and on the telephone
Prepare transfer of merchandise and books between bookstores
Assist with setup and sales at remote locations across campus including special event sales which may require evening and/or weekend hours.
Perform other duties as assigned.

High School diploma or equivalent required.
One year work related experience to include:
Computer data entry
Calculator and cash register operation.
Sales and customer contact work.
Cash receipts and record keeping.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and work independently.
Ability to travel between Sugar Grove and Aurora Campus.
Physical ability to do heavy lifting.
Flexibility to work at either Sugar Grove or Aurora Campus Stores, and evening hours when needed.
