ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATE II
Job Summary Primarily, this role serves the College of Education's Office of Student Services and Office of Experiential Learning team in administrative tasks, operations and logistics. This position dually reports to the Directors, and assists with accounting processes. The Directors are consulted for clarification of processes and policies. The position frequently deals with issues of a highly confidential nature and as such, requires someone with a strong attention to detail and discretion. This is the fourth level in a group of five progressively higher administrative/support jobs. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and three years of progressively responsible office experience OR Associate's Degree and one year of responsible office experience may be required.
