Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to further your career in Human Services and join a fun and exciting team! A Community Support Manager provides high quality case management services to individuals on their caseload while supervising direct care staff.

Responsibilities of a Community Support Manager include:
-The Community Support Manager is responsible for identifying, coordinating and monitoring of community services for individuals on their caseload. Supervise, support and train direct care staff
-Communicate with families/guardians, brokers and other members of the consumers' support teams
-Conduct 2nd interviews and make hiring decisions
-Carry the emergency cell phone according to the rotation
-Work some evening and weekend hours as needed
-Work well independently as well as with a team

To be considered, applicants will have a degree in Human Services or a related field. This position requires strong supervisory and leadership skills and the ability to routinely make sound decisions regarding complex issues. Solid work history and prior experience working with adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting and supervisory experience required. Knowledge of or experience working with the Dane County Human Service system also highly preferred.

A vehicle, WI driver's license, proof of adequate auto insurance and acceptable driving record are required. CLC requires proof that auto insurance meets one of the following requirement: A split limit of $250,000/$500,000 for bodily injury OR a combined single limit of $300,000 for bodily injury and property damage OR a separet personal umbrella policy presented with proof of auto insurance.

This is a full time position with an annual salary of $30,160. CSMs are also compensated for carrying the emergency cell phone and reimbursed for mileage.
