Immediate Job Openings: Cincinnati Call Center seeking IT specialist to handle IT issues on a daily basis. Setting up computers, trouble shooting software, finding solutions to help with efficiencies. There are a number of IT related tasks to be made on a daily / monthly / yearly basis. We need someone that can execute computer related, software related, practical related tasks. Live Reps Call Center is located across from the Lunken Airport and is only 5 miles from downtown and just minutes from I-71. Live Reps is a full service 24/7 call center featuring all shifts available. This position also requires candidates who excel at making or taking phone calls. Outstanding verbal communication skills and the ability to be punctual are a must have for this job. Network related activity, upgrades and maintenance, connectivity with Fiber and software issues come up weekly.

We like to promote within the company. We need a person with a strong IT background and someone that is willing to help us on the phones taking calls when not busy with IT related work.
Requirements: Candidates will learn to utilize a predictive/automated dialer system. You will need to become an expert with our system to be able to teach to new reps and make upgrades / changes when needed. To be in charge of and to have knowledge of the following Passwords for our systems, Security ( cameras, system ), Backup Technology, Routers, Phone systems, Cables, Wires and other related controls are needed to be looked after by the IT team.
