This posting serves as a shift change opportunity to Rowan employees currently in the Senior Building Maintenance Worker title.

Shift Hours:

    Monday through Friday, 4:00pm to 12:30am.
Description:

    Under direction of a supervisor, may be directed to work with mechanics, carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers, and steam fitters in the trades as a helper; performs varied simple and moderately physically strenuous tasks involved in cleaning and maintaining offices, furniture, building, and grounds, and makes minor repairs; does other related duties as required.


Experience Requirement:

    One (1) year of experience in the inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of furniture, fixtures, offices, and buildings.
