PeopleSoft Developer II, FSM (#20370) SO/UP

Position Summary
Develops, implements and tests application software and related bridges and feeds. Works closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions, and works on elements of large, complex implementations. Applies system solutions to business problems through the design and programming of automated systems. Performs all aspects of programming assignments and assists with systems design. A member of a 24/7/365 global department and the availability of on-call and after-hour support.
 
Job Functions
1.Responsible for design and development of interface programs.
2.Analyzes current and continuing information systems requirements.
3.Writes programs to extract, translate, load, and verify data.
4.Designs and develops programs to address requirements for data conversions and other data processing.
5.Tests and debugs applications in conjunction with business analysts and users.
6.Develops documentation for the programs written or modified.
7.Serves as a resource to consultants and customers.
8.Participates in system upgrades and other support activities as needed.
9.Seeks out and identifies multi-faceted problems and opportunities, taking immediate action to address them.
10.Responsible for On-Call and After-hour support.
11.Serves as a mentor/developmental advisor and/or training resource to less experienced staff, providing an example with regard to quantity and quality of work.
12.Responsible for other reasonable, related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•At least 3 years of experience programming in a client-server environment, and experience with object-oriented development environments.
•At least 2 years of experience with data analysis, design and implementation, including working with end users to effectively assess business requirements and define programming needs to support redesigned processes.
•Must have experience in the following software and tools:
   *PeopleSoft Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) 9.1 or above
   *PeopleTools 8.5 and above
