The Department of Recreation and Leisure Studies (RLS) at Ithaca college is developing an applicant pool for part-time lecturers for anticipated openings during the summer, fall and spring of the 2017-18 academic year. Lecturers are needed to teach in various courses in RLS including Leadership, Interventions and Protocols in Therapeutic Recreation, Leisure & Aging, Seminar: Professional Development, Leisure and Society, Service Learning in Recreation, Therapeutic Recreation Process, Rock Climbing, Backpacking, Leisure and Aging, Understanding Disabilities, Leisure Travel, and other Recreation related courses based on need.
Position/Job Qualifications
Applicants are required to hold a master's degree; Ph.D. and college teaching experience preferred. A bachelor's degree and professional experience will be considered for some disciplines.
