ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR, MBDS
Duties: In collaboration with the College of Liberal and Professional Studies (LPS), the Administrative Assistant provides administrative and logistical support for the Masters of Behavioral and Decision Sciences (MBDS), including day-to-day operations, student and faculty support, maintaining budgets, and processing expenditures and reimbursements. Duties include assisting with complementary aspects of enrollment (application and admission tracking), that are not handled by LPS, including overseeing application and admission processes, fielding questions from applicants by working in conjunction with LPS and the Director of Professional Masters Programs, organizing the logistics of classes and program events, organizing meetings for current and prospective students, and handling inquiries to the master's programs.
Qualifications: HS Degree and 5 to 7 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. A Bachelor's Degree and 3 years to 5 years of experience is strongly preferred. Qualified individuals must be detail oriented, display initiative and the ability to work independently, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
