Duties: Serve as the Office Manager for the Chemistry Main Office and the primary point of contact for visitors to the Department. Perform administrative and clerical duties to support Department of Chemistry faculty - type correspondence, course material and technical journal articles and maintain group files as needed. Assist in the general office operations of records of graduate students and post doctoral researchers. Maintain calendar, plan and organize travel arrangements and appointments, provide administrative support in preparing of grant proposals, C-form preparation, travel reimbursements, requisitions processing.
Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED is required and 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
