Job Summary:

Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations and Recruiting, act as an administrative assistant to the Head Coach and the Senior Director of Operations and Recruiting. Coordinate the efforts of the Head Coach and Senior Director of Operations and Recruiting with various major department functions and initiatives. Manage specific projects for the Head Coach and Senior Director of Operations and Recruiting; research, analyze and prepare materials that may include sensitive and complex information involving complaints, NCAA compliance materials, contractual obligations; prepare correspondence for staff and coaches, oversee calendars and schedule for the Head Coach and Senior Director of Operations and Recruiting; and serve as point of contact for internal and external constituents. Additional responsibilities include providing administrative support to the football coaching staff and Director of Football Operations in the areas of travel, expense accounts, expense reports, recruiting logs and correspondence. A working knowledge of State, University, NCAA and B1G rules and regulations is required to successfully fulfill the obligations of this job.

Schedule Comment:

Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, some evenings and weekends as needed.
