Summary of Duties
Under the direction of the Associate Director of Prospective Student Services, this position assists in the recruitment, admission, and enrollment of underrepresented populations and other targeted markets identified as potential prospects for the university.
Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor’s degree in a related field plus one year of experience directly related to the Summary of Duties or a combination of education and experience totaling five years.
Prefer Bilingual (Spanish)
Knowledge of student recruitment, admission and retention issues for students of diverse backgrounds.
Knowledge of recruitment and enrollment strategies for Latino students.
Skills in event planning.
Skills in time management.
Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
Ability to develop, plan, and implement short and long term goals.
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
Flexible work schedule with evenings and occasional weekends.
