Required: Ph.D. in Criminal Justice or closely related field for tenure track; ABDs with firm completion date may be considered. Degree(s) must be from a regionally accredited or internationally recognized institution. A J.D. does not meet the minimum requirements for this position and will not be considered.

Preferred: Preference will be given to those with specialization in cybersecurity/cybercrimes.

Primary Responsibilities: Teach/develop 12 semester hours of undergraduate and graduate criminal justice/homeland security courses each long semester. Academic advising. Experience teaching in both on-line and face-to-face courses – particular emphasis with graduate on-line courses, familiarity with Blackboard learning platform. Development of courses in cybersecurity/cybercrimes for an on-line format.

Responsible for personal safety and the safety of others; must exercise due caution and practice safe work habits at all times. Position is Security Sensitive.
