The Enrollment Specialist will be responsible for providing quality, highly knowledgeable, and comprehensive service to students and ensuring complete student satisfaction from inquiry through the enrollment process. An Enrollment Specialist will assist in guiding prospective students interested in enrolling in any of the University’s programs.
The Enrollment Specialist will provide an unparalleled student experience which will translate into new student enrollment. The candidate will receive a new student enrollment budget each term that they will be held accountable for. This will be accomplished by efficiently managing a student pipeline via outbound calls, texts, emails, and student interviews successfully converting leads and generating further referrals in order to successfully meet a budget. An Enrollment Specialist will be able to effectively respond to any potential students’ concerns, issues or inquires and successfully qualify students for various academic programs. Enrollment Specialists consults and coordinates communications with Admissions, Student Finance and Advising and therefore teamwork is essential to ensuring a seamless and positive enrollment experience. It is important for Enrollment Specialists to maintain a high level of knowledge regarding the University offerings, services, etc. in order to provide the most accurate information to our prospective students.
By accurately documenting and recording continuous contact using the CRM system with each prospective student you will be able to ensure a smooth enrollment process. In addition, you will be asked to produce activity reports as needed.
Successful candidates will have the ability to communicate effectively, handle multiple tasks and deadlines. The ability to effectively manage a student pipeline across multiple terms in order to meet a new student budget. Candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of 3 years related experience. Demonstrated knowledge in Higher Ed, College Admissions, and/or recruitment preferred. Strong database management skills, working ability to navigate a CRM system (i.e. Salesforce) and SIS (i.e. Banner).
