Essential functions of this position:
Serve as a key member of a successful transfer admissions team. Manage the transfer selection and application evaluation process for the online accelerated program(s) and supervise additional coordinator working with program. Provide daily management of data and report running and facilitate communication between CHHS and Admissions about the program. Provide assistance to prospective students and enrollment management company with regard to transfer admission policies and procedures, transferability of credit, and graduation requirements based on pre-admission evaluation of transfer credit.
N.C. Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Preferred education, professional skills and experience:
Previous transfer admissions experience
Working knowledge of policies and procedures of the NC University system and UNC Wilmington
Certifications or licensure required to perform the essential functions of the position:
NC Diver’s license is required
Recruitment Range: $40,573
NC Salary Grade Equivalency: 67
Hours Per Week: 1.0 (40 hours per week)

Work Days: Monday - Friday
