Position Summary
The Department of Mechanical Engineering seeks applications for a non-tenure track faculty position. This is a one year appointment for the 2017-18 academic year. The Mechanical Engineering Department offers programs leading to BS and MS degrees and participates in the College of Engineering's PhD degree program.

Duties and Responsibilities
Teaching undergraduate and graduate level courses. Duties will vary with the specific courses being taught.

Minimum Qualifications
An earned doctorate in Mechanical Engineering or a closely allied discipline is strongly preferred; master's degree required. The applicant must be committed to excellence in engineering education.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous teaching experience preferred.
