The primary purpose of this role is to support the Dean's Office and contribute to the overall effectiveness and daily operations of the office. Provide support for the Senior Staff, maintain calendars, provide reception, assist with events. Responsible for scheduling of conference rooms, maintenance of grade analysis reports and event coordination. Support college committees including minutes, scheduling, etc. Provide data reports to senior staff as needed, particularly from databases such as Argos. Provide back up to the Dean's Executive Assistant. Provide all necessary support for the effective operation of the Dean's Office. Serve as liaison to the building management for maintenance, work orders, etc.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a customer service environment. Must be able to multi-task and work independently to manage responsibilities. Database and web experience preferred. Proficiency with Word and Excel.
