As Controls Engineer you need to have a working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic circuits. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in hardware and/or software design following current customer standards. Preference will be given to individuals who have engineering or computer science degrees, but it is not required. Additionally, candidates must be proficient with debugging automated equipment. This includes initial launch, installation, and support.
The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:
- Allen Bradley Controllogix and older platforms
- Factory Talk View Studio
- Siemens S7 and older platforms
- Simatic WINCC Scada/Flex
- Simatic S7/PCS7
- Siemens Micro Master Drives Sinamics S120 and GM 150
- HMI packages such as PB1400, PB32
- Legacy Software
- Omron PLC
- Mitsubishi PLC
- WWCC 2008
- Safety Networks and schemes
