What we ask of you:
  • Embrace the opportunity to provide leadership, oversight and training for support staff and students in graduate and undergraduate programs.

  • Coordinate departmental support activities in a professional, confidential manner.
  • Provide strong attention to detail while managing student services programs, including student advising, financial aid, housing, recruiting, and counseling activities.
  • Take pride in abiding by and enforcing procedures, policies and services within the program and University.
  • Stay informed of University, federal, and state guidelines.
  • Prioritize and refer inquiries to the appropriate points of contact for timely resolution.
  • Be able to act appropriately in emergency situations and ensure that appropriate personnel are notified.
  • Apply your leadership skills to properly direct action matters requiring immediate attention to appropriate areas and people.

Preferred:

A master's degree and experience in student services programs.

Experience:

Relevant experience in student services programs, including student advising, financial aid, housing, recruiting, and/or counseling activities.

Minimum Requirements:

A bachelor's degree and experience in student services programs.
