RECREATION ADMIN COORDINATOR
Duties: Provides administrative leadership of Campus Recreation including data entry, reporting, and reconciliation. Under limited supervision, utilizes BEN Financials, Fusion Software, and KX Software to complete responsibilities. Efficiently coordinates weekly payroll and processing, scheduling, purchase requisitions, and hiring paperwork. Provide weekly and monthly reports as assigned. Reconcile payroll deduction and Cybersource billing revenue. Provide training, feedback, and indirect supervision to student and temporary staff. Coordinate office and facility supply inventory management including employee uniforms. Will work evenings and weekends as assigned. Reports to Senior Associate Director of Athletics for Campus Recreation and Wellness.
Qualifications: The minimum of a High School diploma and 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Associate's degree preferred. Experience preferably at a higher education institute. Proficiency in MS office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required. Exceptional organizational, oral and written communication skills. Meticulous and practical with a team player attitude. Candidate should possess the ability to manage time and work independently under minimal supervision, exercising initiative and judgment in setting priorities, as well as handling multiple tasks under pressure. Ability to interact with individuals at all levels. Experience working in an office environment (university setting a plus). Knowledge of BEN Financials a plus. Strong customer service skills.
