National High Magnetic Field Laboratory
Provide assistance to the Budget Management Department at the NHMFL. Duties include, but are not limited to: Review and reconcile Budget Management account records to FSU accounting records, retrieve backup documentation for ledger transactions, insure all documentation and related documents are filed in the appropriate files on the SharePoint site, review and discuss any reconciliation discrepancies with Budget Analysts, take steps to correct problems as instructed. Record new budgets in the Budget Management System. Assist with staff analysis and reporting needs by updating Excel spreadsheets for the Budget Administration staff. Provide administrative support to the budget management team. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, scanning, faxing, mailing, shredding and filing.
High School diploma. Excellent skills in all Microsoft Programs, especially Excel. Ability to quickly learn new software programs. Ability to perform accurate and detailed account analyses and reconciliations. Basic math skills. Ability to work independently.

Anticipated Salary Range
$10.00-$12.00 per hour based on experience.
This is an OPS/temporary Job.
Hours: 20-25 hours biweekly. Hours/days worked are flexible within the hours of 8AM – 5PM.
