The Institute for Patient Safety at the University of North Texas Health Science Center is seeking to hire a Senior Research Associate to join our team. Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: * Facilitate and coordinate the daily research activities and play a critical role in the conduct of the study.* Work with the PI, IPS, sponsor, and University to support and provide guidance on the administration of the compliance, financial, personnel and other related aspects of the study.* Reviews healthcare literature and assists PI with the development of research proposals for publication in peer-reviewed scientific journals.* Work with the PI to develop and implement recruitment strategies in accordance with IRB requirements and approvals.* Develop and help provide appropriate training and tools for study team members. Documents date of training and signatures of study personnel trained on study specific training logs.* Coordinates data collection, data entry and analysis, and maintenance of study-related data.
