RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR

Duties: Support the strategic goals of the Division of Human Resources, Recruitment and Staffing office by providing administrative support to the Manager, Senior and Staff Recruiters. Coordinate all administrative office processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency. Provide assistance and high level of customer service to internal and external constituents including applicants, potential applicants, hiring managers and HR contacts. Compile and report data on a monthly basis and as needed; coordinate scheduling of job fairs, assist in development of promotional materials and office communications; provide updates to department website; maintain and update office process manual, provide assistance to manager and recruiters; answer and resolve phone calls; schedule meetings, phone screens and video interviews; review and handle mail; send requests for video interviews; coordinate work study student schedule and assignments; supervise office workflow and maintain quality and ensure professional appearance of office.

Qualifications: A high school diploma or GED required and 5 to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Proficiency with the Office Suite of products including Word, Outlook, Power Point and Excel. Prior experience with an applicant tracking system. Passion for a high level of customer service, strong written and oral communication skills and keen technology skills. Experience in an HR or Recruitment office is a plus.
