Under the direction of designated administrator, coordinates the day-to-day administrative activities and provides some program support for the Corporate Partner Relations team.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Coordinates and manages administrative and technical support for day-to-day operations of the On-Campus Interview program.
  2. Provides administrative and logistical support, which may include necessary arrangements for space, special events and other program needs.
  3. Interacts with employers on a daily basis making sure their needs are met and trouble-shooting any problems.
  4. Processes and maintains necessary paperwork and records to support program; may maintain computerized files and records.
  5. Assists in planning conferences, meetings, and seminars, with responsibility to make all necessary arrangements, including travel, and coordinates events and details.
  6. May serves as liaison between with University offices, external organizations and the public.
  7. Responds to inquiries from program participants, students, employers and others and explains program policies, procedures and requirements, making referrals as appropriate.
  8. Provides administrative, technical and logistical support for the Corporate Partner Relations Team.
  9. Assists Assessment and Technology team in compiling program and student data, prepares reports as needed to aid in evaluating student progress and program effectiveness; recommends changes or improvements.
  10. Works with Employer Relations team to evaluate program and collect feedback from program participants.
  11. Assists in coordinating recruitment of students or participants into the program; implements recruiting and promotional strategies
  12. Supervises, trains, evaluates and assigns work to clerical & student staff; establishes work schedules and work priorities; recommends staffing needs and assists in hiring decisions.
  13. Performs related duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in field appropriate to program to be served.
  2. Three to five years related experience.
  3. Ability to perform and coordinate responsible administrative functions.
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.

Preferred Qualifications
  1. Demonstrated ability using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  2. Demonstrated ability to take initiative in solving problems.
  3. Demonstrated capabilities in relationship management.
  4. Experience with event planning.

Appointment Term

Salary is commensurate with experience and includes state benefits. This is a full-time, 12-month position with an anticipated start date in July 15, 2017. This is a grant funded, end-date position subject to renewal based upon funding.
