Experience Center Advisor
Landis Aveda retail professionals are passionate about hair and the Aveda mission and translate this passion to our guests. We work as members of an Experience Center team to share beauty, wellness and fashion.
Employees at Landis are expected to demonstrate an individual commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility in the workplace.
Description of Duties:
• Greet and check in/out all guests in a timely and friendly manner.
• Be aware of individual and team sales goals and help to achieve them daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Participate in daily and weekly in store events
• Perform the complete Aveda Scalp to Soul Service Cycle on every guest
• Become familiar with the Aveda 12 Points of Difference and how they apply to your daily duties.
• Consistently seek new trends and product knowledge to act as an expert for guests.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to confirm appointments, follow up on new product purchases, and to invite them to special in salon events.
• Participate in quarterly inventory counts
• ALWAYS maintain a positive attitude in the workplace.

Landis is an Aveda Lifestyle salon that was established in 2005. Since then, we have opened a second location as well as an Experience Center. Being a Lifestyle salon means that we carry all Aveda products and only use Aveda color. Landis works directly with Aveda's mission to create a full service salon serving as a model of excellent customer service, professionalism, and fun.
