- Provide remote and in-person support with quick responsiveness to incoming issues -Provide ongoing support for our critical in-house VPN projects:
- Assist Users with connectivity scenarios to new Citrix VPN Portal according to established and documented methods
- Assist IT Support/Help Desk with Citrix related processes or issues -This position requires heavy interaction with clients (on the phone and/or in person) as needed -This position requires that you be a self starter and able to multi-task in general
- This position will require reporting to Tier 3 Citrix Admin with issues that require escalation -Must be willing to be trained and train other users and some help desk personnel when required -Extensive experience in dealing with users in general, Help Desk and assisting general user population in a remote access or Citrix/XenApp issues -Has professional etiquette and patience in dealing with users; willing to educate and help users in the established process of utilizing their remote Citrix resources
