Position Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for the conduct and administration of all protocols for dissemination and implementation of the SHARP program in communities across the country and around the globe.

Additional Information:

Knowledge of research skills, public school systems, and university procedures is required. The position requires excellent writing, organizational, time-management, and superior interpersonal skills; as well as abilities to set priorities, and consistently follow and enforce protocols. Strong computer skills are also required, including, but not limited to: Word processing (Microsoft Word), data entry system (Qualtrex), spreadsheets and data bases (Excel and SPSS), graphics (PowerPoint, Publisher, and PhotoShop), bibliographic or reference management (EndNote), and internet conferencing (WebEx).

Must be able to work well under pressure, complete detailed work accurately, work on multiple, concurrent tasks as well as interact professionally with multiple individuals, and handle unscheduled interruptions. This position requires keen organizational skills, strong analytical thinking, high self-motivation, and the ability to function independently and maintain confidentiality. This position also requires someone who is able to manage stressful situations and meet multiple deadlines.

This grant will be beginning in May of 2017 and extending through August, 2018. If grant funding is obtained, then the position would become full time for 6 years or through 2024.
