Evening Weekend Administrative Assistant
The Math Resource Center Aide is the Evening and Weekend Administrative Assistant and performs the following duties: greets students; disseminates information about the MRC and the Math Department; checks out MRC resources to students; checks out calculators to faculty; monitors the MRC log-in process; enters and keeps track of manual sign-in data; creates reports from the log-in system at the request of the MRC Director, Math Department Chair, Dean of Math & Science, Math Faculty, and students; handles the evening and weekend operation of the Mastery Testing program; handles the graphing calculator rental program in the evening and on weekends; answers the phone; maintains the Who Can Help bookmarks; handles the MRC Professional Library; assists the MRC Administrative Assistant and the MRC Supervisor as necessary.
- Employee needs a well-rounded knowledge of Microsoft Office (required)
- Employee needs to have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience with Banner (preferred)
- Experience with AccuSQL or AccuTrack (preferred)
- Experience with web conferencing platforms (prefered)
