Adjunct Faculty, Music, Voice
Lewis University’s Department of Music seeks an adjunct voice instructor beginning August 2017. The instructor will teach applied voice to majors and non-majors and actively engage in recruiting. Salary is competitive to other adjunct positions in area, and additional classroom teaching opportunities may become available.
The adjunct will teach private lessons during the 2017-18 academic year on Wednesdays and Fridays.

- Teach one or more classes
- Availability to hold office hours and meet with other faculty members and department chairs or directors when necessary
- Serve as a model of professionalism and act as a resource for students within the teaching-learning environment.
Master’s degree is required. Strong piano skills, professional performances, and college teaching experience preferred. Strong commitment to teaching and recruitment. All voice types are encouraged to apply.
