Bard College seeks qualified applicants for the position of Grant Manager within the Office of Institutional Support.
The Grant Manager will write high-quality proposals, letters of inquiry and reports to foundations, corporations and government agencies to support the priorities of the College and manage the post-award process, including tracking and reporting on grants received and report deadlines.
The successful applicant will possess excellent project management and writing skills in order to provide guidance to faculty staff, and administrators on all aspects of proposal preparation, with an emphasis on government agency applications. Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, Nonprofit Management, Writing, Education or related field required as is a strong record of excellent writing in a business, nonprofit or higher education setting. And advanced degree and experience in higher education or nonprofit fundraising is a plus.
