Job Description

A high growth and established masonry supply company has an immediate and exciting opportunity for a full time Customer Service Manager

The job duties include:

Training the Customer Service Representatives (CSR's)

Manage Front Counter operations

Managing the Customer Service team

Manage Customer expectations & ensure Customer Satisfaction

Manage Product Warranties Program

Ensure Adherence with Company Policies and Procedures

Process Daily Receipts & Deposits

Experience and Educational requirements:
  • 5 years plus experience in managing a Customer Service Team.
  • Minimum of a two year associates degree, prefer a four year degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office: Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Attention to details and ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
  • Experience with Epicor ERP a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish

Office hours are 6:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday

Saturday 7:00 am - 12:00 pm
