Job Summary/Basic Function: Adjunct faculty on the San Antonio campus, starting in Summer 2017. The successful candidate will teach upper-level undergraduate courses in any of the following areas: Comparative Politics; International Relations; Urban Politics; or, Research Methods. Experience with online and hybrid instructional formats preferred. Applicants will be contacted according to departmental needs. Teaching assignments may include day or night classes or online courses.
Work Hours: Depends on course schedule. Teaching assignments may include day, night, and weekend classes.

Necessary Qualifications: Master's Degree in Political Science from a regionally accredited institution.
18 graduate hours in Political Science with an emphasis in one of the areas listed above
Preferred Qualifications: Ph.D. from a regionally accredited institution.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience teaching online and hybrid formats.
College or University teaching experience.
Familiarity with non-traditional commuter University setting.
Experience in culturally diverse settings.
