Required Qualifications: MD or equivalent. Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Board Certified/Eligible in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology. Experience in both autologous and allogeneic bone marrow transplantation.


Preferred Qualifications: Strong interest in pursuing research in lymphoma, leukemia, myeloma and bone marrow transplantation with experience teaching medical students, residents and fellows. Laboratory interest in transplantation immunology.



Responsibilities & Requirements: The Assistant/Associate Professor of Medicine will participate in a clinical faculty practice, pursue laboratory research in transplantation immunology and participate in teaching medical students, residents and fellows.



Special Notes: Tenure/Non-Tenure Track. FLSA Exempt position, not eligible for the overtime provisions of the FLSA. Internal and external search to occur simultaneously. To qualify for an appointment as Associate Professor, the candidate must meet the criteria established by the School of Medicine ( School of Medicine's Criteria for Appointment, Promotion and Tenure ). Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible.
