Job Description

Lyons HR is seeking a qualified Business Development Manager for our Florence, AL office! If you are self- motivated, ambitious and results oriented, we are looking for you! Salary plus commission! Great benefits package!

In this role, candidate will be responsible for the overall bottom line success of the branch. Will generate revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, and closing sales!

Responsibilities Include:
  • Develop a sales action plan for business development efforts.
  • Identify, qualify, and market to prospective customers through cold calling and setting appointments.
  • Continuously develop and recommend creative marketing strategies for developing new business.
  • Network at different community events to develop relationships with customers and general public.
  • Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions to close deals.

  • Bachelors degree, marketing major preferred.
  • Outside sales and/ or marketing experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with minimal supervision needed.
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency and follow through.
