The Division Administrator in the Department of Internal Medicine manages the finances and administrative office for assigned divisions within the department.

Position duties include, but are not limited to: preparation of the division operating budget, financial reporting, and oversight of financial aspects of the division, management of HR issues, communication/liaison with the MIBU (Medical Integrated Business Unit), and other appropriate IBUs (e.g., Research IBU) and department analysis, interpretation and communication of faculty EPAT and all productivity related information for division faculty.

This position plans, assigns, directs, and coordinates administrative activities of division, as well as supervises division administrative staff. The position has dual reporting to the Division Chiefs and the Department Administrator.
