Summary of Duties:
Directs and oversees the Women's Resource Center including fiscal management, human resource functions, and related administrative functions. Responsible for providing leadership and direction; planning, developing, managing and administering programs that address the needs and concerns of women, gender equity, diversity and safety; collaborating with students to develop programs; promoting WRC activities; providing referral services to students, employees, and community members; and promoting changes beneficial to women in the campus community.

Required Qualifications:
Positions require a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in a field related to the functional managerial area which has included at least one (1) year of supervisory experience. Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis. A Masters degree in a relevant field may be substituted for up to one year of the required experience.
