Coordinator of Communication Systems
The Office of Technology at Lewis University invites applications for a Coordinator of Communication Systems to lead web-based communication systems that support the prospective student communications and student outreach. The Coordinator is responsible for the technical leadership, development, maintenance, and support for all software and systems to support student recruitment efforts, including the University's customer relationship management (CRM) system (Technolutions Slate®) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) system (Ellucian Banner®) aspects that focus on the student recruitment.

- Collaborate with colleagues within the University to identify requirements and address technical issues related to the CRM
- Analyze functional processes, designs solutions and implement custom CRM screens, workflows, web forms, and reports for end users; expand or modify the system to serve new purposes or improve work flow; develop, documents and revise system design procedures, test procedures and quality standards; manage all CRM projects to include meeting with users, setting expectations and updating project status.
- Administer and configure the CRM system to ensure the system is operating properly and performing as required. Develop training programs for end users to enhance their knowledge and usability of the system.
- Create and modify segmentation and communication tracks that change with the needs of the various departments and targeted audiences.
Bachelor's degree and five years' experience with technologies such as relational database management systems, systems analysis and design, consulting, or other experience in a related field. Advanced skills with relational database systems using SQL, and/or web programming.
Direct experience or familiarity with CRM systems such as Technolutions Slate®. Experience with Ellucian Banner® or other ERP systems used in higher education. Experience managing data in an institution of higher education. Extensive experience in web design including web standards, usability, and accessibility. Experience building dashboards, real time reports, and other web-based data access tools. Experience designing and implementing workflow to automate business processes.
