Project Manager / Waste Water Construction
Requiring 8-13 years of water and wastewater or related construction experience. A Bachelor of Science degree is preferred.
This position will oversee and direct construction management. Typically oversees Project Engineer(s) and/or Field Engineer(s). Communicates directly with subcontractors, suppliers and engineers concerning project cost, staffing, and scheduling.
The project manager will be responsible for the project status reports, attending progress meetings as company representative, and working to ensure plans and contract specifications are adhered to.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks including items related to safety, overall project organization, construction scheduling, pay applications, subcontracts and purchase orders, vendor invoices, change orders, progress meetings, project budgeting, estimating and business development.
Will be reporting to senior management.
